Mi Homes Estate Agency Marks 10 Years Since Launch
Mi Homes Estate Agency is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month, marking a decade since the business first launched back in February 2016.
Founded with the aim of creating a different kind of property agency within an industry many, including its founder Nick Kyriacou, deemed as broken.
Mi Homes has grown steadily over the past ten years, building a strong presence both locally in North London, and stretching its reach to Greater London and surrounding counties.
What began as a small, ambitious Lettings operation, has developed into a ‘one stop shop’ for all their clients’ property needs, offering a more personal, transparent approach to residential and commercial sales, lettings and management.
With a property background, Nick had also had difficult experiences with estate agents.
“I always felt that estate agency has long struggled with its reputation, and agents themselves were often not held in particularly high regard. I just knew there was a different and better way. So, in many ways, Mi Homes was born out of frustration, which has quickly developed into a huge pleasure. To our serve clients in a way that they deserve to be treated.”
Their journey of growth has seen them expand through three office moves, each one a reflection of the trust and support they received from their clients and community. Their fourth and biggest office move will take place later this year to a prime High Street location in High Barnet, EN5.
Over the past decade, the agency has operated through some of the most challenging and transformative periods the property sector has faced.
Nick continues, “We have seen numerous shifts in regulation, rapid digitalisation, the Covid-19 pandemic, and ongoing market volatility. Reaching ten years in what has been an incredibly tough and fast-moving industry, is something we are extremely proud of.”
To mark the anniversary the company have also just undergone a complete rebrand to reflect it’s growth and modern approach.
Looking towards the future, it’s onwards and upwards. Expansion does not stop with just their office space. There will be expansion with their team and services and a focus on where property is really heading both for individual buyers and sellers, landlords, investors, and developers.
